Hello there. As an FYI, I just wanted to let you all know that I am going to be sticking to one chronology when dealing with the Ancient Near East, because there are quite a few used by historians and archaeologists. I am going to be using the well-known and widely used Middle Chronology. This puts Hammurabi’s reign (which I will post on Friday, 9/18/15) between 1792 B.C. and 1750 B.C.

So don’t complain about if I made a mistake on the dates of things unless I actually did make a typo with the middle Chronology.

Just letting you all know!

Edit: This is only relevant in Middle Eastern History until the Hellenistic Era.
